Don’t let being single stop you from celebrating this Valentine’s Day with Love.

Heard of this phrase: “We need to love ourselves before we can love anyone else”? This is so true. We attract what we are.

You know that feeling when meeting somebody and you instantly have chemistry? That instant, magnetic connection that’s overwhelming and difficult to ignore? The one that stimulates all your senses but cannot be explained? The world is our mirror and the people we attract a reflection of where we are at.

It’s time to do some adjusting of the side-view mirror to reflect on who you are, look back and see how much you’ve grown, and crystalise what you do want to manifest.

We are inviting all ladies to join us in returning to loving ourselves as My First Love – the most important relationship you can have in your life i.e. with yourself.

We all know it’s perfectly okay to be single and to love yourself – but do we really? The status of “in a relationship” should not reflect a dependency on someone else, but rather, the power of togetherness. Make your destiny a destination of choice, not chance or fate. You hold the key to the lock that is life.

Workshop Outline:

• Opening the workshop with a delve deep about what love is
• Getting clear about the type of romantic relationships you want
• Examining the relationship past and patterns we have
• Gaining clarity of the qualities of the partner you want
• Releasing negative thoughts and beliefs in a burning ritual
• Visualising receiving your intention powerfully
• Celebrating in sisterhood with food, music and dance

About the Facilitator

Founder of Eros Coaching, Dr. Martha Tara Lee is the only Clinical Sexologist in Singapore who has a doctorate in human sexuality.
