Join Dr. Martha Tara Lee, Relationship Counselor and Clinical Sexologist, for a unique and transformative workshop that will have you laughing and crying your way to emotional release. As a certified Laughter Yoga leader, Dr. Lee brings her expertise in emotional healing to this session, where you’ll learn how to let go of inhibitions and tap into your body’s natural ability to release emotions through laughter and crying.
Laughter Yoga originated in India in the 1990s and has since gained popularity around the world as a legitimate form of therapy. In this workshop, you’ll experience the benefits of Laughter Yoga for yourself, including reduced stress and anxiety, increased feelings of happiness and well-being, and improved immune function.
Dr. Lee creates a supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your emotions without judgment. You’ll learn how to let fake laugh-cry turn into real ones and release whatever needs releasing without the need for storytelling.
This workshop is open to all genders and does involve some touch between consenting adults. However, it is not built around touch, and there is no nudity. Please avoid coming with a full stomach. You are encouraged to participate at your own comfort level and can opt out of any exercises if you choose. Our priority is creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Join us for this transformative experience that will leave you feeling lighter, happier, and more connected to yourself and others. Let’s laugh and cry together and see where it takes us!

About Dr. Martha Tara Lee
Surrounded by friends who were sexually inhibited and struck by dire lack of positive conversations around sex and sexuality in Singapore, Dr. Martha Tara Lee set out to make a positive difference in embarking on her doctorate in human sexuality before launching Eros Coaching in 2009. Today, she remains dedicated to working with individuals and couples who wish to lead self-actualised and pleasure-filled lives.
She also holds certificates in counselling, coaching and sex therapy, and her fourth degree – a Masters in Counselling in May 2018. She is the only certified sexuality educator and certified sexuality educator supervisor by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) in Singapore. Often cited in the media, Dr. Lee is the appointed Resident Sexologist for Singapore Cancer Society, and Ofnoah.sg and Ofzoey.com. She was recognised as one of ‘Top 50 Inspiring Women Under 40′ by Her World in July 2010, and one of ‘Top 100 Inspiring Women’ by CozyCot in March 2011. She has published four books: Love, Sex and Everything In-Between, Orgasmic Yoga, From Princess to Queen and {Un}Inhibited.
Martha works with individuals and couples in private coaching sessions, and conducts her own workshops. She takes prides in making sure all her workshops are also fun, educational, and sex-positive. This comes easily to her because even though she is extremely dedicated and serious about her work, she fundamentally believes that sex is meant to be fun, wonderful, amazing and sacred. As such, this serious light-heartedness has shone through again and again. For her full profile, click here. Email her here.
