These are the FOUR workshops which I will be presenting at Taste of Love!
1) The Art of Deep Listening
Do you know the difference between hearing and listening?
Have you been told you don’t listen?
Would you like to be a better listener?
In this session, we will practice deep listening – not just for the words, and what they mean… but more…
This is a practice circle where there is no teacher other than life itself.
We want to listen better because listening is about information, knowledge, and wisdom.
Listen because your life depends on it.
Without deep listening, we cannot be there for our beloved.
Deep listening connects, heals, and is love.
We want to love deeply… feel deeply… and so let’s listen.
Listen with your ears – understand what they mean.
Listen with your heart – feel what they feel.
Listen with your whole being – read their energy.
Listen deeply.
P/S… every practice circle will be different! Join us and meet new friends!

3) Get Together Snuggle Party
There is vast literature of the benefits of hugging and yet we are a touch-deprived society. We are afraid to touch, afraid to ask for touch and yet afraid to ask or reach out for the touch we need.
A snuggle party is a clothes-on non-genital workshop for adult participants on the art of consensual and boundary-appropriate touch. The premise of snuggle parties is the recognition of “need to be held” is very close to and equally vital as more conventionally accepted human needs like thirst, hunger, and sex.
We like to invite you to come co-create this safe space in which all genders can begin to communicate more authentically and listen profoundly.
In this space, you will have the benefit of doing as little or as much as you desire – and will be encouraged to just be you.
