“This was my second workshop with Dr. Lee. Just like before, I was warmly welcomed by the good doctor and found the class filled with friendly people from all walks of life who were wanting to learn about improving their sexual wellbeing.
This class covers the key components of orgasmic yoga including kegels, breath, sound, movement, touch, and intention. While beginners are certainly welcome, I recommend that you attend at least 1 or 2 previous Tantra (or other sexual wellness) workshops to become familiar with some of these components, as it is a lot of new information to absorb if this is your first workshop. Having said that, Dr. Lee clearly explains each component, and you are given solo and partnered exercises to practice what you’ve just learnt. So, beginners will get a lot out of this workshop, but some of the subtle details may be better understood by more experienced students.
The workshop culminates in one grand finale event where you get to incorporate all the skills you learnt into your own unique solo practice. And all I can say about this part is wow!!! I certainly am glad I got to participate in something this awesome.
Overall, if you were ever curious about orgasmic yoga (or about learning new skills to develop your sexual wellbeing in general) I highly encourage you to sign up for this workshop. My only note of caution is if you are an absolute beginner, you might want to take a few other sexual wellness workshops to supplement your understanding of some of the individual components discussed in this class.” – Dennis, 8 September 2023 (Orgasmic Yoga)
