“I’ve been following Dr. Martha’s work for a long time, watching her videos and reading her posts and it was a honor and a great opportunity to have joined her workshops here in Manila. I had the chance to participate the workshops called “The Art Of Deep Listening”, “Conscious Connecting” and “Snuggle Party”.

Engaging in the proposed activities within a safe environment led by a confident professional can be very valuable as a perspective-changing experience. We are encouraged to be out of our comfort zone breaking out from our predetermined responses, challenging our boundaries while learning how to be more comfortable with our bodies. In a society that trivializes sex as marketing, it’s no surprise that, most people might lose touch with other aspects of eroticism, listening, asking, touching, allowing, consenting, laughing, are multiple sides that we might need to stop, breath and work on while trying to maneuver along an alarming production of toxic sexual consumerism to be able to increase our erotic fulfillment.”
