Welcome to Love, Sex, and Everything in Between! My name is Martha. I am a sexologist and I am playing Queen of the Jungle. So, what’s the message for you this week?
Shake your body. I’d like to show you some of the exercises that I do every day and I like to encourage that you do them with me right now. They involve your shoulders, so you can move your shoulders up and down. It’s actually very good for your spine. You can move them front and back. You can go faster and you can also roll your shoulders, bringing them backwards and forwards. It’s very good for your upper shoulder.
Another set of exercises you can do involves your hips. What you can do is you can move them in circular motions. That is very good for people who sit a lot in their work. The other way – what you can also do is move them very quickly from side to side. So if you move your legs closer, then it’s a much smaller movement.
Another one you can do is, imagine you are walking very quickly, except the soles of your feet are kind of stuck to the floor, so you are just moving your feet as quickly as possible.
These exercise actually really help with blood circulation and helps with energy. Not only that it’s very, very good for people who sit a lot in their work. What I’d like you to do for this week – your challenge is to Shake Your Body, remembering these exercises I just showed you, and do as many as you can, as often as you can.
